Museum Open House

The museum’s annual open house will be extra special this year as we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Merci Train’s arrival in Nevada. As part of this celebration, the museum will have a temporary exhibit displaying original artifacts from the Merci boxcar.
Our open house will also include tours of our maintenance facility and talks about on-going restoration projects, model railroad displays, rides on our 7.5″ live steam railroad, and excursion train rides on the historic Boulder Branch Line.
Trains depart at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm. Tickets for train rides are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
