American Railbike Adventures Begins Operations in Boulder City 

The Nevada State Railroad Museum Boulder City is excited to announce that rail bike operations return to the museum this weekend! American Railbike Adventures will begin offering tours along the museum’s track between Boulder City and Railroad Pass beginning Friday, October 6, 2023.  

The new lease was a result of a wide Request for Proposal process as required by state law. American Railbike Adventures will operate as a vendor with the museum for five years, with the possibility of two five-year extensions. The museum’s contract with its previous vendor expired in 2020.  

“Boulder City is known for its wonderful outdoor recreation opportunities and its historic lineage,” said museum director Dr. Christopher MacMahon. “We welcome American Railbike Adventures to the museum and to our community where they will help promote the railroad’s history while providing a unique recreation experience for residents and visitors alike.”
